Samara Backyard ADU

Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia and the brand's design studio Samara unveil its latest project, Backyard. The new ADU brings sustainability to tiny living with its eco-friendly features. It's powered by solar panels and features a unique air purifying system that filters air and ionizes it up to four times per hour, ensuring the atmosphere is always fresh. Available in two models, the Studio offers 430-square-foot of living space while the One Bedroom includes 550 square feet and dedicated sleep space. Both options are furnished with Samara's signature kitchen, spacious bathroom, combination washer and dryer, and built-in storage, and owners can choose between exterior colors and layout configurations. Backyard is currently available for California residents.
