Sea To Summit X-Pot
When you're backpacking, space is at a premium — and there are few things that take up more of it than cookware. The Sea To Summit X-Pot helps alleviate this problem with silicone side walls that collapse during travel. The aluminum base plate allows your food to heat up quickly, and the translucent lid lets you keep an eye on your food while doubling as a strainer. At ten ounces, it's heavier than the lightest aluminum pots, but those don't fold into a one-inch thick disc, either.
