Sean Connery's Bond Villa

Set on a seaside cliff in Nice, France, Villa Roc Fleuri is better known as the Bond Villa, thanks to former owner Sean Connery. The main house has been recently renovated yet retains much of its original 1930s charm, including details like mosaic inlays, wrought iron banisters, and ceiling moldings. The primary bedroom occupies the entire top floor, with two ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Four other bedrooms are spread across the home, which also has a dedicated spa area with a heated infinity pool opening onto lawned gardens and a gymnasium, a terrace-surrounded dining room off the chef's kitchen, and a rooftop deck with spectacular views of the port. The property is also home to a separate caretaker apartment, two independent guest apartments near the entrance, and gardens stretching all the way down to the sea.
