Cycle Brewing and Side Project are two of the top breweries in the world — especially when it comes to barrel-aged beers. So when they combined powers in 2017 for BVC, the anticipation surrounding the results were sky-high. This massive stout is the fruit of their labor, beginning with a recipe with 13 malts and 2 yeast strains. The stout was then aged in Brandy barrels for 20 months before the beer was finished on Indonesian and Madagascar Vanilla Beans and fresh cinnamon. One of the best and hardest to find bottles in the world, a taste of this 15% ABV beast is not something you'll likely forget.
