Side Project La Fosse Beer
Initially released in 2015 and not seen for more than a year, the third batch of Side Project's La Fosse is ready for consumption. The wild ale is fermented and aged in Missouri Oak Chardonnay barrels for 18 months before it is conditioned on apricots from Oregon for an additional six months. Blend #3 of this world-class sour beer clocks in at 7% ABV and is packaged in 375ml bottles.
