Standard shipping: Orders placed before Noon Eastern time on weekdays (excluding major US holidays) will ship on the same day they ordered, with few exceptions that include items that ship directly from one of our brand partners, frozen items, some art, furniture, vehicles, and other specialty items. Orders placed after Noon Eastern time will ship on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sunday, and major holidays (US) will ship on the following business day.

Free Shipping is offered on most every US domestic order over $199 on items Uncrate stocks directly. Free shipping may not be offered on items that ship directly from one of our brand partners. Orders placed with Free Shipping usually reach their destination within 2 to 3 business days. Most orders under $199 for stocked items have will have a shipping charge based on the weight and destination of the item(s) in the order.

Shipments from brand partners. Select items available on Uncrate Supply now ship directly from one of our many brand partners. We only allow brand partners that offer shipping as reliable as our own shipping methods to utilize this program. The rates charged for these shipments are set by our brand partner that is shipping the item, and it may be different than our shipping rates for items we stock. The list of items and brands that ship from the brand directly is ever-changing, so if you have a question about where your item ships from, please simply write us a note. Your tracking information and delivery updates will be identical to that of the ones sent for items we ship directly.

Select products such as frozen items, fine art, furniture, and vehicles may have extended processing and handling times that are noted on the product page and shipping methods available at checkout. Please expect these items to take longer to arrive than standard items.

Next Day shipping is offered domestically for an additional fee that varies depending on the weight of the items ordered and the final destination. Next Day delivery does not arrive on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery upon request. All shipping charges are non-refundable, domestic or international.

A signature may be required, at the sole discretion of Uncrate. Orders containing high value items, orders over select total order values, and orders being sent to an address with a unit, apartment, or suite number may require a direct signature for delivery, at the sole discretion of Uncrate, even if signature-required service is not selected as the shipping method.

We are not responsible for porch theft. Porch theft is an increasing problem, and we suggest using our signature required shipping option if you're concerned about theft. Once a package is left at your specified shipping address, the package and its contents are legally yours and we're unable to recover them if stolen. Shipping insurance is only offered upon special request and incurs additional fees. Requests to insure your shipment must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. If you feel your package is at high risk for being stolen or damaged, we advise you contact us to add a signature requirement and or add insurance to your package.

All claims regarding packages and their contents must be made within 24 hours of tracking indicated delivery. Uncrate is not responsible for porch theft or packages that show delivered on the carrier's website if they cannot be located.

Compliant alcohol shipping through our partner network and compliant checkout: All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on a legal and compliant network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers. Uncrate does not directly sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through https://uncrate.com/ or https://shop.uncrate.com/ . Uncrate markets its alcohol on its website and offer customers a compliant checkout embed to https://shop.uncrate.com/ where customers can buy the product from a licensed Retailer. The offer to purchase the alcohol ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the alcohol, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

Shipping of alcohol is carried through compliant UPS methods to states where permitted. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age and older is required for delivery. Retailer selling the alcohol through Uncrate's marketing service does not sell to anyone who is less than 21 years of age.

We may not be able to change your address. Please double check you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. This is especially important if you are using ApplePay or PayPal or other stored forms of payment that have pre-saved addresses. We'll make every attempt to help you get your package to the correct address, but once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes and are not responsible for packages that arrive to the address as originally entered on the confirmed order. You can use Fedex Delivery manager or UPS MyChoice, as found on the respective website, to hold your order at a pick up location.

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order. Once and order is placed, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel the order, even if the cancellation request comes minutes after the order being placed. In order to get all of our customers their orders as quickly as possible, you order may already be in processing and once that occurs, it is virtually impossible to stop fulfillment. For this reason, we can't promise any order can be cancelled, but we will make every attempt to do so if cancellation is requested.

Freight and furniture shipping: Furniture that appears to be damaged upon arrival must be refused at the time of the delivery in order to receive a replacement or refund for the damaged item. While the freight driver is still at your residence, you must inspect the contents of the shipment and ensure no damage has occurred in transit. If damage is found, tell the freight driver that you refuse the delivery and he or she will take the package and contents back and return it to us. If this does not occur, and damage is found later, we are unable to assist in remedying the damage beyond providing you with the part number to order from the manufacturer. This policy is in place to protect you as the customer and ensure any carrier damage is handled by the carrier without further charge to you.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Simply visit our Returns Portal by clicking here to begin your return or exchange request and generate a pre-paid shipping label. "Surplus" items (items with a redline sale price), grooming products, personal care items, food, select collectible LEGO sets, furniture, vintage items, and other select items cannot be returned and are final sale. Items will not be refunded until your return physically arrives back to our facility and is inspected.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 15th and December 31 of any given year may be returned up until January 31 of the following year, all other policies held equal.

Want to make an exchange but need your new item faster? Place a new order for the correct item(s) you need and process a return on our Returns Portal by clicking here for the items you don't want or need from your original order. This can speed up getting your exchanged item by several days and your return will be shipped back to us free of charge.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your receipt of your package so long as the items are in unused condition and include their original product packaging, tags, and show no signs of use. "Surplus" items, or items purchased at a redline price, cannot be returned for a refund, but are eligible for store credit and exchange pending availability.

Items that show clear signs of use will not be accepted for a refund or exchange and items sent back for a refund will not be refunded until they have physically arrived at our facility and are inspected manually.

International returns can be sent back via the carrier of your choice and all re-importation and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Domestics and International shipping charges are non-refundable, and import duties, VAT, and importation fees are not refundable on international orders.
