Svartviksvagen House
Perched on a rocky mountaintop overlooking the Sörmlands archipelago, the Svartviksvagen House is a three-bedroom ocean retreat. The Siberian larch-clad box hovers over the cliffside on a foundation of metal stilts. Internally, white walls and pale wood floors add to the light-filled space to create an airy, Scandinavian atmosphere fitting of its beachfront setting. The open living area is wrapped in glazing, offering panoramic views of the surrounding treetops and shore below. The glass facade opens to a wrap around deck. Shaded by an oversized roof, the outdoor terrace provides a serene space to admire the archipelago landscape. Along with beach access, the home also comes with a pier and sauna.
