The Katharine

Set on a tree-lined street in Greenwich Village, The Katharine is an eight-unit pre-war building recently reimagined by a team with celebrity designer Nate Berkus at the lead. Berkus' residential development debut sees those homes spread across seven floors, with details like custom millwork, vintage Italian light fixtures, and custom marble fireplaces that honor the building's history. South-facing windows encourage natural light, while amenities like a 24-hour attended lobby, a shared rooftop terrace, a gym with a yoga terrace, and private storage units help elevate the living experience. Sales at The Katharine are expected to open later this year.
