The Ranch Hudson Valley
The Ranch brought its Malibu wellness formula to the East Coast with a 200-acre lakefront estate less than an hour from Manhattan. J.P. Morgan built the 1902 estate as a wedding gift for his daughter, who married Alexander Hamilton's great-grandson. Now it hosts 25 guests at a time across 26 rooms and suites, surrounded by 46,000 acres of protected parkland. Days begin at 5:30 a.m. with a stretch session before a long guided hike, followed by strength training, restorative yoga, and a daily massage. A 5,000-square-foot solarium houses a year-round heated pool, infrared sauna, and hot and cold plunge alongside a seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Maximize restoration over the weekend. Return to the city on Monday, ready to go.
