Triton DeepView 24-Seat Submarine
No matter how far under the waves, Triton has the expertise to get you there — whether that's the bottom of the Mariana Trench or a more leisurely sightseeing cruise with 23 of your friends. The DeepView 24 can carry 24 passengers along with a pilot and copilot to a depth 328 feet in climate-controlled comfort, along with panoramic views of the deep through 5.5-inch think acrylic windows. Weighing over 120,000 pounds, the DeepView uses a modular design that adds sections to seat between 12 and 66 passengers. A 240 kWh lead-acid battery provides power to the life support, lighting, and two main and four secondary thrusters, allowing for 14 hours of underwater touring. The DeepView sub pictured here was commissioned by the luxury Vinpearl hotel in Vietnam and will start service later in 2020.
