Vacheron Constantin's manual-winding in-house Calibre 1142 QP movement, combining a chronograph and perpetual calendar, is highly sought after by collectors, with a history that dates back to the 1940s. It's at the heart of the latest Traditionnelle Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Watch. This highly limited timepiece pairs a 43mm platinum case with a salmon-toned dial. Despite the complexity — hours, minutes, small seconds, chronograph counters, the perpetual calendar, and moon phase all appear on the dial — it remains highly readable, thanks to the use of white gold hands and markers for the hours and minutes, blued steel hands for the date and Chronograph functions, and a platinum moon phase display. The reference will be produced in limited quantities each year and is available exclusively through Vacheron Constantin boutiques.
