The story will take place in 20th-century France and centers around the outpost for an American newspaper. The director has brought along his usual cast of characters including Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Frances McDormand, Adrien Brody, and Tilda Swinton along with newcomers Timothée Chalamet, Benicio del Toro, Jeffrey Wright, and Elisabeth Moss. The French Dispatch is slated for release on July 24, 2020.

Today, she released a Cody Critcheloe-directed video for the track "Ohio" from the 2018 EP Make My Bed. To tease the song's release, she posted the opening lyrics "How's it been in Ohio?" on a billboard in Columbus, Ohio where she was performing at the time.
