Surfing the Amazon River's Endless Wave

Where the Amazon river meets the sea, the incoming tide creates a phenomenon known by the native peoples as "pororoca", which translates to "big roar". The wave can be as high as 14 feet and extremely powerful, with everything from debris to snakes. Serginho Laus has mastered the art of surfing the pororoca and shares what he's learned in this video.
