Action Bronson comes out of the studio and gets back in the kitchen to prepare an amped up version of a classic butcher's sandwich. He stays true to the original with a seared rib-eye and Italian bread, but brings his own flare to the plate with the finest olive oil of 2015, shaved ricotta salata, pickled Calabrian chiles, and fresh basil. But the real game changer is a smear of grape sludge from the bottom of the 1989 vintage of Paolo Bea Winery's top red wine barrel.
