W & JW Marriott Hotels Trojena
Marriott International, Inc. has just slated a deal on two new properties in NEOM's Trojena. Among the properties will be Saudi Arabia's first W Hotel, a 236-room resort overlooking the development's 2.8-kilometer-long architectural lake. It will also bring four restaurants to the area, along with a retail space, spa, and fitness center. The luxury hospitality brand will also construct a JW Marriott located at the futuristic water world called The Bow. Integrated into the mountainside, it'll include an additional 500 rooms, five dining areas, a fitness club, and a kids club. Although the opening of the hotels has not been officially announced, Trojena is planned to be completed in late 2026 and will host the Asian Winter Games in 2029.
