Winch Design Bombardier Global 6000 Private Jet
Winch Design has given this 10-year-old Bombardier Global 6000 private a much-needed makeover. Originally, the jet had the standard executive treatment — high-gloss wood veneer with gold hardware and upholstery with over 10,000 flight hours of use. The exterior was painted white with the usual drab-colored swoops — completely unremarkable. Winch Design's exterior paint scheme uses a metallic teal over white with a digital-esque tear-away effect, accented by the polished aluminum of the wing leading edges and engine inlets. The interior was stripped bare, with the seats sent to F-List in Austria, where they were reupholstered in a lighter color along with the panels and headliner for a much brighter, airy feel. The cabinetry was wrapped in a foil imitation of real wood, with the same feel of wood grain to the touch. The forward and middle bulkheads have 3D-slatted mirrored wood screens, with an aft bulkhead of burlwood. The result is a much more spacious-feeling cabin, perfect for spending hours aboard with the Global 6000's 7,000 miles of range.
