Zyon Smart Motorcycle Helmet
Motorcycle helmets exist to keep riders safe. But that goes beyond keeping their cranium intact during an accident — it extends to the air they breathe, as well. The Zyon Smart Motorcycle Helmet takes this into account with a patented Breath Safe System. It uses four-layer filters — water-repellent, HEPA, activated carbon, and fiber — to purify the air and protect against fine particles, dust, toxic gases, and allergens. A 3-mode selector adapts ventilation for different riding conditions, and a sensor connects to a companion app to monitor the status of the filter, air quality, and the helmet itself after a collision. Rounding out the safety features are a lightweight fiber shell, a MIPS safety system that allows slight movement upon impact, reducing the forces impacting the head, an 180° light for enhanced visibility, and a motion-sensing rear light to alert other drivers when braking. The helmet is available for pre-order now with the first shipments expected by the end of the year.
