Mercedes-AMG GLC63

You don't need to wait for the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept to become a reality to enjoy the same power with the convenience of four doors. The Mercedes-AMG GLC63 uses the same handcrafted AMG 4.0L V8 Biturbo engine to deliver solid performance. Available in Coupe, SUV, and S Coupe guises, the former two offer 469 hp and 0-60 times of 3.9 seconds, while the latter gets 503 hp and hits 60 in just 3.7. No matter which model you choose, you also get an air spring suspension, 4matic+ all-wheel drive, an AMG Speedshift 9-speed transmission, and a Panamericana grille lifted straight from the AMG GT sports car.

  • Range Rover Velar

The Range Rover has been around for 48 years. In that time, there have only been three basic models — the original, the Sport, and, starting in 2010, the Evoque. Time to add a fourth to the list. Slotting in between the latter two models, the Range Rover Velar is the marquee's latest. Its interior is remarkably minimal, relying on two ten-inch touchscreens for many controls, and hiding many others until needed. The interior is also sustainable, with a woolen upholstery material offered as an alternative to leather, and smart, with a full-color heads-up display. It's powered by one of three engines, including an 180 hp diesel on the low-end and a 380 hp supercharged 3.0L V6 engine on the top, all mated to an eight-speed ZF transmission. Of course, it's still a Range Rover, which means it can get you and up to four passengers wherever you need to go, thanks to intelligent all-wheel-drive and a full suite of assistance systems that are ready to help should you need them. Available in four different trims and arriving at dealers later this year.

  • Bentley Bentayga Mulliner

The Bentley Bentayga was already the most luxurious SUV in the world. The Bentley Bentayga Mulliner extends its lead further. Crafted by hand at the company's Crewe factory, this bespoke SUV offers several features you won't find even in the top "standard" Bentayga. Those include a duo-tone paint option that makes the hood and cabin appear as if they're floating, Mulliner-exclusive 22" Paragon seven-spoke wheels, a split color interior that covers the front and rear seats in different leathers, and an illuminated bottle cooler integrated into the rear center console.
