2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang

2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang

Former Indy 500 winner Parnelli Jones is a racing icon, but so was his Boss 302 Mustang. Now, with a lot of money and a little help from Saleen, you can have a modern-day recreation of his ride. The 2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Limited Edition Mustang ($61,600) packs in every little detail a true racing enthusiast could want, like 302 badges, its Grabber Orange color, a striped "shaker" hood, and a rear 1970 replica wing. Of course, this car is more about the driving than the show, with specs that include a 5-liter, 400hp engine, Saleen Racecraft suspension pieces, a 14" slotted and vented front disc brake system with Saleen 4 piston calipers and 11.8 in. discs in the rear, and mini-lite inspired 19" aluminum wheels. As one of 500, these are true collector's items — but according to a few of our buddies, you'll be driving it more than looking at it.

  • Porsche 911 Turbo

Long known for its incredible speed stats, the Porsche 911 Turbo (starting at $123,000) is a feat of engineering prowess. Producing 480hp from its 3.6-liter six cylinder engine, the Turbo boasts a 0-60 mph time of 3.7 sec., or just a hair slower than that new LIM coaster at your local theme park. GPS, Bose sound, power seats, 19" wheels, and Porsche Active Suspension Management are all standard, as is the ability to blow almost anything else on the street out of the water. You'd think this would have been on Uncrate sooner.

  • NM 2007 BMW Individual M6 Convertible

It's that time of year again: time for the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book, which also means it's time to check out the badass limited-edition wheels they're offering. This year, it's the incredible NM Limited-Edition 2007 BMW Individual M6 Convertible ($139,000). Only 50 of these V-10 powered, 500 horsepower convertible beasts will be built, all in an exclusive Ruby Black color with Gold Brown merino leather power seats. Other niceties include an on-board computer, GPS navigation, an 11-speaker stereo system, and a trip to Munich to meet the engineers and designers who brought this beauty to life. Merry Christmas, indeed.
