Bacons of the World

As hard as it is to admit it, there are more options out there than standard American Bacon when you're looking for your pork fix — with Bacons of the World ($300), you get all the bacon this great nation has to offer, plus a few bonuses. With your purchase, you'll receive quarterly shipments of five pounds each, made up of half American Bacon, and half a second type. You'll get Guanciale, unsmoked Italian pig cheek; English Bacon, smoked loin with belly attached; Pancetta, the Italian cousin of American Bacon; and Holiday Bacon, a specially seasoned version of American Bacon.

    Quinn Popcorn

Of course, popcorn is a delicious snack, whether you're deep into a marathon Netflix session, or postponing boredom at work — but there's no denying that it's full of weird chemicals that have no business in your food. But Quinn Popcorn ($15) is a different kind of microwavable popcorn. The bag is made of nothing but paper (it contains none of the usual chemical coatings), the corn is organic, and the oil and seasonings are all natural, and full of omega-3s. Flavors include parmesan and rosemary, Vermont maple and sea salt, butter and sea salt, hickory smoked cheddar, olive oil and herbs, and lemon and sea salt. Each order comes with three boxes, and two bags in each box.

    Puff's Preserves Boozy Jam

Most days it's not really appropriate to start out with a Bloody Mary or Irish Coffee — so when you have a taste for the hard stuff, smear on some Puff's Preserves Boozy Jam ($TBA). While all the alcohol cooks off during the preparation process, the flavors of beer, whiskey, champagne, bourbon and wine remain. Seasonal recipes include apple beer chamomile, rhubarb vodka hibiscus, raspberry whiskey chipotle, and blackberry bourbon lavender. Each small batch is made with fresh, local, and in-season ingredients, as well as Colorado distilled or brewed booze.
