Biofuel Caffeinated Popcorn

To say we're addicted to caffeine is a bit of an understatement — apart from the loads of coffee and espresso gadgets we've covered, we've also written about caffeinated cookies, brownies, jerky, and even marshmallows. We're continuing that fine tradition by informing you of Biofuel Caffeinated Popcorn ($3; $7/3-pack). Each five ounce bag of the kettle corn-style popcorn offers 150-200mg of caffeine, or about two energy drinks' worth. Keep some around the office to stave off afternoon drowsiness, and grab some for your home theater, as well — because how the hell else are you supposed to make it through a LOTR: Extended Edition marathon?

    Mike's Hot Honey

That's right. Hot honey. Mike's Hot Honey ($10) is a chili pepper-infused honey, handmade in Brooklyn, NY with honey, vinegar and chilies. It's tasty in and on pretty much anything, from hot green tea to pizza. Then again, what isn't tasty on pizza? Wait, what we were talking about? Oh, Mike's Hot Honey. Right. It's damn good.

    Tactical Sammich

No matter the apocalyptic scenario — nuclear war, devastating floods, scorching drought, or just a good ol' fashioned zombie outbreak — you'll be prepared with a Tactical Sammich ($6) or three... hundred. Available in pepperoni or honey BBQ beef flavors, these individually packaged meals weigh in at less than 300 calories and have an astonishing two-year shelf life when stored in a climate-controlled (80º or lower) environment. A few cases of these, a stockpile of water, a healthy number of Playboy back issues, and you'll be all set.
