Rolex Deepsea Challenge Watch

In 2012, Rolex created a prototype for James Cameron to wear during a decent 35,787 feet into the Mariana Trench. A decade later, the director unveiled a watch inspired by the experimental timepiece he wore to the bottom of the ocean. The Deepsea Challenge is crafted from RLX titanium, a lightweight grade 5 titanium alloy selected by Rolex, and boasts an impressive 11,000 meters o 36,090 feet of water resistance. Its 50mm case features a black dial with large luminescent hour markers, a unidirectional 60-minute rotatable bezel, and a slim crystal dome. Inside, a caliber 3230 provides the power while the bracelet includes Rolex Glidelock and the Fliplock extension links to allow the watch to be worn over a diving suit up to 7 mm thick.
