Tank Louis Cartier Skeleton Watch

It doesn't get rarer than the upcoming auction by Ineichen Auctioneers. The lot includes two one-of-a-kind watches from Cartier. Starting with the Tank Louis Cartier Skeleton, the custom-made piece was ordered by a private client in 2007. It's based on the Tank Louis Cartier Noctambule — a model produced from 2004 to 2006 meant to create a skeletonized Tank watch with luminous bridges. It features a rectangular case made from platinum, an open-worked dial, sword-shaped hands, and a black alligator strap. The second item is the Rotonde de Cartier Skeleton with a round 39 mm case and open-worked dial featuring blued steel Breguet-style hands. Both are powered by a hand-wound 9610MC skeletonized caliber and are one of one in the world. Bidding begins October 29, 2022.
