1954 Mercedes W196 Streamliner
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and RM Sotheby's will be auctioning off two one-of-a-kind vehicles, helping to preserve the Museum's financial stability. The first is a 1956 Mercedes-Benz W196 Streamliner, driven by two motorsport legends: Stirling Moss and Juan Manuel Fangio. The second is the Le Mans-winning 1965 Ferrari 250 LM, the car that gave Ferrari its last overall victory until 2023. Alongside those are a 1966 Ford GT40 Mk II and a select few other notable cars. The auctions will take place in the fall of 2024.
