1977 Porsche 930 Turbo Carrera
Turbocharging was still a novelty — outside of diesels — when Porsche introduced the 930 Turbo Carrera in 1975. A 3-liter flat-six made 245 horsepower in North American trim and introduced iconic 911 elements like the "whale tale" spoiler. This 1977 Porsche 930 Turbo Carrera left the factory in Oak Green Metallic and was delivered new to Canada. Repainted in the early 2000s, the car was brought to California in 2016, where it currently resides. Despite its early life in the north, the car is clean throughout, with just over 75,000 miles on the odometer. A milestone in 911 history, the car is current up for auction on Bring a Trailer.
