2019 Cadillac XT4 Crossover

Cadillac is entering the subcompact SUV market with the XT4, a five-passenger crossover built on a completely new platform. The XT4 comes wrapped in a sleek exterior, with a large grille that mimics the Cadillac badge and a flowing interpretation of the company's trademark vertical headlight design. The XT4 rides on a new chassis that features variable-assist steering and continuous electronic dampening for a more sporty, agile feel. Under the hood is an all-new turbocharged four-cylinder powerplant that uses three different camshaft profiles to make 237 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque along with much smoother delivery free from the dreaded turbo lag. The XT4 looks well-poised to enter its ultra-competitive market segment when it goes on sale this fall.
