2021 Acura RDX PMC Edition SUV
At the Performance Manufacturing Center in Ohio, Acura hand-assembles every NSX supercar. Now 360 units of the RDX SUV will be built alongside the NSX using the same methods and sharing the Thermal Orange colorway exclusive to Acura's supercar. Each RDX body-in-white arrives at the PMC plant where it's painted using a robotic process: multiple base coats, one coat of gold and orange mica, and then four clear coats. Next, technicians assemble the drivetrain and electronics before the interior pieces and gloss-black 20-inch wheels are added. The RDX PMC Edition comes with the A-Spec appearance trim and all the features from the range-topping Advance Package. The RDX PMC will be available for orders in mid-October.
