2022 Mercedes-Maybach S 680 4Matic Sedan

The ultimate S-class has arrived — the all-wheel-drive, twin-turbo V12 Mercedes-Maybach S 680. Topping Mercedes' luxury sedan range, the S 680 could be the German marque's last love letter to the combustion era, as they actively begin to push and plan electric vehicles. The V12 is unchanged from the S 650, making 621 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, but now that power goes to all four wheels via the 4Matic system. 0-60 comes in a blistering 4.4 seconds for the land yacht, and standard rear-wheel steering offers reflexes that don't reflect that size. Outside, 10 variations on the two-tone theme are available, while inside is a Nappa leather-swathed cabin, including the dash, headliner, and even sun visors. The Maybach S 680 will go on sale in the first half of 2022.
