2025 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance
Proving that success at the track means performance on the street, Mercedes has released the quickest AMG ever — the AMG GT 63 S E Performance. An F1-derived hybrid system adds a 201-horsepower electric motor and a liquid-cooled battery to the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 for a combined 805 horsepower and up to 1,047 lb-ft of torque. That translates to a 0-60 time of 2.7 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 199 MPH. Making this performance possible is the AMG High Performance Battery system that uses a non-conductive liquid to cool all 560 battery cells, improving power and cell life. Active aerodynamics, AMG Active Ride Control, and rear-wheel steering make the GT 63 S E Performance as nimble as it is fast, and AMG's carbon ceramic brakes offer stopping power on par with its acceleration. The GT 63 E Performance will be available later in 2025.
