2025 Tesla Model Y SUV
Tesla's Model Y has received its first major update since its introduction in 2020 — but customers in Europe and the US will have to wait a little longer. Launching in the Aisa-Pacific market, the Model Y keeps a similar profile with redesigned bodywork that aims to minimize panel gaps and improve aerodynamics for better efficiency. Tires, wheels, and suspension have all been improved for better ride and handling, with 19- and 20-inch wheel options available. Tesla's Chinese website lists two versions of the Model Y: A rear-wheel drive version with an estimated range of 368 miles, and a long-range version that can hit 446 miles using China's CLTC standard. Inside are improvements that launched with the 2023 Model 3: An eight-inch touchscreen for rear passengers, a more refined interior, and back seats that can be electrically folded for increased cargo space. The Model Y will begin deliveries in March for the Chinese market.
