AEV FXL Ford Super Duty Truck
Applying the experience gained from building custom GM HD and RAM trucks, the AEV FXL Ford Super Duty gives the F 250 and F 350 Super Duty platform a raise. Literally — the "XL" represents "40" in Roman numerals, referencing the goal of fitting 40" tires with the least amount of lift possible. As a result, it has a four-inch DualSport Suspension with Bilstein shocks and custom rate coil springs, maintaining road manners while boosting off-road capability with its 40" BFGoodrich HD Terrain tires wrapped around 18" AEV Katmai DualSport wheels. Completing the exterior are custom graphics, Highmark fender flares, a custom front steel bumper with a standard winch mount and integrated radar components for the truck's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, and a high-clearance rear bumper with integrated corner protection and chassis-mounted recovery points. The FXL will make its public debut at the 2026 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
