Guillermo Del Toro x Patrón Tequila

Inspired by the jimadores who harvest agave, the packaging for the latest Patrón tequila was designed by Oscar-nominated director and writer Guillermo Del Toro. The incredible package contains a 750ml bottle of blended añejo tequilas from the Patrón distillery in Mexico along with a 100ml orange liqueur that is meant to be mixed with the tequila. The larger bottle is sculpted into a human torso shape, while the smaller vessel sits on top in the form of a skull. And to get the full experience, the box includes two votive candles to light during your next appropriately themed drinking session.

  • Viva XXXII Tequila

As you're rounding out your bar this summer, or just refueling, have a look at Viva XXXII Tequila. It's a sipping tequila made from estate grown, 100% blue agave blended with a 3-year-old extra anejo tequila. In addition to the agave goodness you'd expect, Viva XXXII also provides notes of vanilla, lemon peel, and yerba buena. A Silver medalist at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, they also donate 10% of net proceeds to animal abuse prevention.

  • Volcan Tequila

If tequila is your go-to spirit, or you just reach for it when the calendar says you should, Volcan Tequila is worth a taste. Grown in the shadow of a volcano, the agave Volcan harvests blends the distinct flavors of highland and lowland regions. More flavor comes from a terrain blessed with basalt and iron that provide rich, herbal nuances. Volcan combines time-tested methods with modern techniques to create a tequila that not only tastes good but has the history and story to back it up.
