Nissan Navara Enguard Rescue Truck Concept

Based on a double cab model of the Navara pickup, the Nissan Navara Enguard Rescue Truck Concept is designed to help rescue missions in the toughest terrain. It marks the world debut of a new portable battery pack Nissan created using the same technology as the Leaf EV. Two of the packs are in the truck, constantly charging using power from the 2.3L twin-turbo diesel engine and offering the ability to power everything from lights to specialized equipment without the restrictions of a gas-powered generator. It also offers two in-bed storage trays, more ground clearance than the consumer model, and a supplied DJI Phantom 4 to stream video back to a pop-up screen in the bed, helping searchers know which way to head.

  • Cadillac Escala Concept

It might become a production car someday. It might not. Either way, the Cadillac Escala Concept offers up hints for the future of the company's lineup. Positioned as a more elite alternative to the CT6, it measures an impressive 210.5 inches long, and is powered by a 4.2-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine. Cosmetically, it has agressive lines, "3D"-like grille and wheel treatments, and OLED headlights buried deep in the front fascia, while inside it's split into two distinct sections, with driving-focused screens and features up front and a backseat designed for relaxation.

  • Vision Mercedes Maybach 6

Some concepts arrive road-ready. The Vision Mercedes Maybach 6 is not one of them. A dreamer's version of what a flagship Mercedes GT might look like, it has a low-slung, streamlined design that eschews the traditional tri-star in the grille and instead moves it above the hood. Details are scant ahead of its official Concours d'Elegance debut, but we do know it has an incredibly futuristic interior with heads-up displays, a swooping dash, and seats that blend both together and into the gullwing doors, as well as virtually zero chance of hitting the market in its current configuration.
