Paul Budnitz Bicycles

You might not know who Paul Budnitz is, but odds are you've heard of Kidrobot. Well, now the art-toy brand's founder and creator is ready to put his stamp on the word of urban bikes with Paul Budnitz Bicycles ($5,500). Available in two models — the commuter-focused No.1 and the play time-oriented, oversized tire-sporting No.2 — these high-end bicycles feature titanium frames weighing less than 3.3 lbs, Budnitz's signature split-tube Cantilever Frame for a smooth ride and improved responsiveness, Gates Carbon Belts instead of gears and chains, and a variety of handmade parts borrowed from racing bikes. No kidding.

  • Streets of Monaco Yacht

Everyone has their favorite city, a place where they feel most at home whether or not they live there. But what if you could pack up that place and take it with you, basically anywhere you wanted to go? That's sort of the idea behind the Streets of Monaco Yacht (Around $1 Billion). This insane invention aims to recreate Europe's most notorious billionaire enclave with scaled down clones of iconic structures like the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel de Paris, Cafe de Paris, and even the Grand Prix course, functioning as a go-kart course on the deck of this 500-foot watercraft. Other features include multiple swimming pools, a multi-use court for basketball and tennis that doubles as a helipad, a submarine (!), an interior "oasis" area, space for up to 16 guests and 70 staff members, a spa, and, of course, a swim-up jacuzzi bar. All of which begs the question: how big does a yacht have to be before it becomes a city unto itself?

  • ICON 100 A5

So it's a little behind schedule — it was originally set to debut in 2010 — but it looks like the first few ICON A5s will be taking flight late next year as the ICON 100 A5 ($140,000). This limited-edition run of Light Sport Aircraft will feature a custom pearl white, satin finish exterior, with metallic, high-gloss accents in red, black, and metallic silver, but will otherwise retain all the features of the standard A5, including retractable landing gear for flying off land and water, a carbon fiber airframe, a 100-hp/120-mph Rotax 912 ULS engine (that runs on both auto and aviation gas), and folding wings.
