The Macallan in Lalique Six Pillars Collection

Between 2006 and 2016, The Macallan collaborated with French crystal house Lalique to release some of their rarest single malts in individual crystal decanters. Each of the six whiskies was aged between 50 to 65 years and together are known as the Six Pillars Collection. Individual bottles are highly sought after, so this entire set, up for auction through Bonhams, is certain to be one of the most desired whisky auctions in recent memory and is estimated to fetch over half a million dollars.

  • Isfjord Arctic Malt Whisky

Water is one of the most essential elements for whisky distillers. And the water used in the making of Isfjord Arctic Malt Whisky is some of the most unique in the world. Made using ice harvested as it floats freely in a fjord that is said to be between 10,000 and 180,000 years old, it's pollutant and pesticide-free. The whisky is matured in Oloroso Sherry casks from Spain for eight to nine years and bottled at 84 proof. Available in 500ml bottles and limited to 800 bottles.

  • John Walker & Sons Mastery of Oak Whisky

The John Walker & Sons line of whiskeys represent the higher end of the Johnnie Walker line, and this year's release continues to focus on the role oak plays in enhancing flavors. John Walker & Sons Mastery of Oak Scotch Whisky features the expert guidance of Master Blender Jim Beveridge who selected rare and experimental whiskeys that mingled with three types of oak before bottling. Each bottle is individually numbered, and only 5,588 are available worldwide.
