Uniquely talented, at tennis, broadcasting, and tirades, John McEnroe is an icon. For its latest project, Artisans De Genève has built him a watch to match. Based on a Submariner Date, it gains its nickname — "Lefty" — from the crown, which has been moved to the left so it can be worn during play without injuring his wrist. It's powered a skeletonized and beveled 3135 caliber movement, with a skeletonized dial, a tungsten bezel, and sapphire date disc that affords unobstructed views of the 40mm timepiece's inner workings.

Montegrappa Anytime Perpetual Calendar Pen

Like fine timepieces, quality pens require detailed craftsmanship. That's evident in the perpetual calendar mechanism of the Anytime pen from Paolo Favaretto and Montegrappa. The pen's lid has three notched dials for the date, day, and month that provide haptic feedback when adjusted and lock into place using technology from the company's ratchet piston-fill mechanism. The pen is available in two models: Maestro, with a black resin and Delrin body with stainless steel trim, and Supremo, with a red resin body and yellow gold-plated brass trim.
