Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Continuation Coupe
After 4,500 hours of intensive labor using original manufacturing techniques and modern methods, the first Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato continuation will be making its debut at the place that led to its creation — the Circuit de la Sarthe during the 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans. The original DB4 GT Zagato was a thoroughbred race car, built to challenge Ferrari on race tracks around the world. Only 19 were built, and this DB4 GT would be right at home with its period competitors. Finished in Rosso Maja, Aston Martin matched the paint using masters from the original supplier. The interior is finished in Obsidian Black leather and is equipped with an FIA-approved roll cage and a carbon fiber racing seat. A 4.7-liter inline six makes 390 horsepower and drives the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. As exacting and beautiful as the first 19, this DB4 GT Zagato is truly a modern classic.
