Aston Martin Valkyrie LM Hypercar
Aston Martin is betting on the Valkyrie to return them to prominence at the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans. With the Valkyrie LM, they're giving 10 lucky owners a chance to drive (nearly) the same car themselves. It's powered by a modified, lean-burn version of the Cosworth-built 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 engine found in the race car, tuned to an identical regulation-limited 697 hp and mated to a seven-speed sequential transmission. Some race-specific items, like FIA-regulation electronics, will be removed, giving way to a bespoke cockpit with a custom carbon-fiber race seat, a six-point FIA 8853 safety harness and fire suppression system, and a steering wheel with an integrated driver display and shift lights. Most notably, buyers of the LM will be eligible to take part in a driver development program that sees them supported by experts that ensure the car is track-ready, on a fly-in-and-drive basis.
