Aston Martin x David Adjaye Hi-Rise Homes
Aston Martin adds a Manhattan high-rise to their real estate portfolio with a collection of rooms at 130 William. Designed by architect Sir David Adjaye, the five residences will be located on the 50th and 60th levels of the 66-story building and will consist of two penthouses and three loggia residences. Each one will feature wide-plank white oak flooring, bronze fixtures custom-designed by Adjaye, and Salvatori Italian marble quarried from the Apuan Alps and crafted by artisans in Tuscany. Rooms will be furnished with pieces from the Aston Martin Home Collection by Formitalia while the kitchens will be equipped with Gaggenau appliances. While views of the city are framed in for the interior by the building's signature arched windows, the interior also spills out to covered terraces that overlook the river. And for the cherry on top, the homes come with a special edition Aston Martin DBX SUV.
