McLaren Headquarters

McLaren is looking to bounce back from the pandemic by selling its state-of-the-art headquarters. Located in Surrey, England, the Technology Center is situated on over 123-acres of park-like land. Its two Norman Foster-designed buildings house the complete inner working of the entire McLaren Group. A highlight of the facility is the 476-foot wind tunnel. The feature is used by Team McLaren to test aerodynamic parts and set-ups from in front of a 13-foot fan. To ensure the staff is performing as well as the supercars, the campus also includes a 700-seat restaurant, a juice and coffee bar, and a fitness center with an indoor pool. The property is expected to be sold as a sale-leaseback deal, meaning McLaren will rent the space for its new owner.
