Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar John Mayer Watch
Grammy Award-winning artist John Mayer is a noted watch enthusiast. For his latest project, he's teamed with Audemars Piguet on the last Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar equipped with the automatic Calibre 5134 movement. Set inside a 41mm 18-carat white gold case, the movement powers hour and minute hands as well as displays for the week, day, date, astronomical moon, month, and leap year. The latter indications mostly appear as subdials on a faceted deep blue dial that Mayer describes as a "crystal sky", made using a stamping die that was crafted atom by atom via electroforming. Limited to 200 examples, the watch sits on an 18-carat white gold bracelet.
