Hamilton x Dune Ventura Watches

When director Denis Villeneuve and prop master Doug Harlocker needed an otherworldly watch for the upcoming film Dune: Part Two, they enlisted the help of Hamilton. The resulting "Desert Watch" is only available in the fictional world of Arrakis, but it has spawned a pair of limited-edition Earthly timepieces. The Ventura XXL Bright is a quartz-powered analog affair with blue lines on the black dial that reference the Fremen's blue eyes and glow when activated by a button on the left side of the case. The digital Ventura Edge opts for a glowing blue digital display, set alongside relief elements that mimic the film prop. Both watches have black PVD-coated cases and arrive in commemorative packaging inspired by the movie; the XXL Bright is limited to 3,000 pieces, while the Edge is a more exclusive run of just 2,000 examples.
