Barrell Infinite Barrel Project Whiskey
An "infinity" bottle is a whiskey blend made up of small portions of different whiskeys in an attempt to create a unique taste. Barrell has taken this process to the next level with their Infinite Barrel Project, a blend of seven different whiskeys. Barrell's blending skills set this apart from the typical infinity bottle. They add and remove portions of whiskey and replace it with other barrels to complement the remaining blend. No two batches will be the same, and the first batch is bottled at 119.3 proof.
