Inspired by mid-20th Century wooden crafts, this pedal boat from Beau Lake adds a luxurious look and feel to a historically dull market. The self-draining boat's molded fiberglass tunnel hull's design was created with help from a designer of America's Cup boats, with an inlaid veneer deck and a stainless steel driveshaft that quietly transfers pedal energy into propeller movement. A huge upgrade from the injection-molded plastic pedal boats we're all used to seeing, Beau Lake's boat is finished with one-inch thick leather seat covers and a compartmentalized cooler that contours to the boat.
