Belvedere 10 Vodka

Polish distillery Belvedere has released a new expression called 10, a single-estate vodka that aims to be its best work since the company's founding in 1910. 10 starts with organic Dankowskie Diamond Rye grown on the Bartezek estate in Poland, harvested a year after its planting in August. Distillation is performed four times in column stills, filtered through cellulose, and rested for 10 months in steel vats before being bottled. The bottle itself speaks to the creation process, with a 10-tiered monolith design with diamond shapes referring to the Diamond rye used to make the vodka inside. Open the bottle, and a gold ring is revealed, which is engraved with the Belvedere name.
