With their minimalist designs and sustainable materials, Hygge Supply has reimagined the traditional kit home. For those that aren't completely convinced that a prefabricated dwelling can be modern and environmentally conscience, the Michigan-based company built the Birch Le Collaboration House. The single-story dwelling in Lake Leelenau, Michigan is an experimental showroom that allows potential buyers to experience living in one of their Scandinavian-inspired homes for a night or two. Available to rent from Airbnb, the 1,550-square-foot interior features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Every inch is fitted with top finishes from their partner companies while a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows create their signature cozy atmosphere. Although the Birch Le Collaboration House is a great option as it is, all of their models are completely customizable to ensure each owner finds their own package of happiness.
