BMW Concept F 450 GS Motorcycle

BMW has released a thinly veiled concept of the original adventure bike. The F 450 GS aims to up the GS' sporting aspirations with a new, tightly-packaged parallel-twin engine making 48 horsepower. A fully adjustable suspension consists of a USD fork and a load-dependent damper at the rear, all in a package that weighs just 386 pounds. Electronics are also improved, with lean angle-dependent BMW Motorrad ABS Pro and BMW Connectivity with a 6.5-inch TFT display and an associated app. BMW will keep the production GS as close to the concept as possible, with a seat height adjusted for better accessibility and optional cast aluminum wheels along with the concept's spoked units.
