Brekr Model F E-Bike
E-Bikes are a great solution for urban commutes, but the tall, thin tires of most models require costly suspension pieces to fight rough city streets. The thick tires of fat bikes, on the other hand, absorb the majority of bumps and shocks from the road, which is why Brekr built the Model F. With custom-developed 22-inch wheels and tires, as well as a height-adjustable, shock-absorbing two-person saddle, it doesn't need a suspension to deliver a comfortable ride. A removable battery is hidden under the aluminum frame cover, powering a rear-wheel Hub motor that works with the belt drive system to enable speeds up to 15 mph, with a maximum powered range of up to 45 miles — and unlimited range when working the pedals. It launches in the summer of 2023 in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, with more markets to follow.
