Breville Oracle Jet Espresso Machine
Breville's all-new Oracle Jet Espresso Machine is the company's most automated yet — but that doesn't mean it lacks finesse. Simply select your preferred drink from the sliding touch screen and the machine will do most of the work for you: set the dose and grind coarseness from over 45 options, grind your whole beans, and tamp them into the portafilter. Next, you simply move the portafilter over to the brewing station, where the machine sets the proper water temperature and extracts the correct amount of coffee for your chosen drink, whether it's an Americano, a cappuccino, or even a cold brew. The adjacent milk frother works semi-autonomously, too, given all you're tasked with doing is filling the stainless steel cup. It automatically froths to the correct, well, frothiness for your drink, accounting for whether it should be hot or cold and if you poured in oat, almond, or whole milk. The machine can even auto-start your frothing as soon as the coffee's finished extracting, ensuring your drink is made on time, exactly when you want it.
