Brilliant Labs Frame AI Glasses

It's obvious that Apple's endgame with its VisionOS platform is a pair of glasses that don't look like robotic ski goggles, but instead normal eyewear. Brilliant Labs is aiming for the latter with the Frame. Instead of pass-through video, it uses a bright, 640x400 color microLED display and a geometric prism optic to overlay information onto the wearer's otherwise unobstructed view of the world. A 720p camera and voice commands work in partnership with the companion Noa app to display info as desired, encompassing tasks like landmark identification, translation, and web searches. The Frame runs a custom build of the open-source Lua OS, comes in three styles — black, white, and clear — and powers up via a whimsical Mister Power charger that gives the glasses a cheap plastic disguise-like "nose" when attached.
